Contextual Diagram

I believe that looking at the surrounding areas it a very important tool in determining how to go about building and maintaining the property. For the most part as you can see, the surround area is business and education oriented. There are many schools located near this area which shows what type of people will be coming and staying at these condos. Most of the occupants will most likely have children due to the dense population of schools in the surrounding area. That is a very important fact that I must take into consideration as I am going through the design process.
